Detox your Skin After the Holidays
Late nights, sugary, fatty food and alcohol all take their toll on your skin and can throw your body out of balance for those few days of over indulgence during the festive season. Christmas and New Year's is all about celebration, so don't feel guilty about having seconds at Christmas dinner, or eating a few too many of the chocolates being passed around.
Most of us feel a little sluggish and run down in January after the fun is over. The New Year is a great time to get your healthy routine back on track and ease yourself back into your usual daily routine.
Here are a few tips to help get your skin back on track and glowing again!
1. Use products with hyaluronic acid to hydrate skin from deep within.
